Effective August 1st 2025, NATO Secretary MARK RUTTE has directed NSPA Luxemberg, the acting procurement agency of NATO to cancel immediately all Jacopo Landi SCA’s contracts after an extensive investigation has proven Jacopo Landi has been systematically presenting forgeries supplier’s invoices to back up their illicit charges to NATO member in particular the Royal Canadian Navy, Royal British Navy, Royal Dutch Navy, Spanish Navy, Greek Navy and French Navy.
The scheme is simple. They manipulate supplier invoices to show a higher amount and bill the fraudulent amount to the NSPA. They do this by creating new documents using original suppliers’ logo but changing address, quantities and unit prices with the intend to justify their charges to NSPA (NATO SUPPORT AND PROCUREMENT AGENCY), in a contract which contract requires the attachment of original supplier invoices.
Unaware suppliers were ashamed in finding out their tax invoices were forged. Supplier in Spain, Italy, The Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Bahrain, Dubai, Japan are waiting the conclusion of this investigation to sue Jacopo Landi and associates for this criminal activity.
It has also emerged that Jacopo Landi has been providing FUEL to the Royal Canadian Navy worldwide, FORGING QUANTITIES, fuel provenience and costumes duties forms. The allegations are that Jacopo Landi has been providing RUSSIAN EMBARGO FUEL, to maximise illicit profits, using dump offshore company’s invoices in Monaco.
This shocking reality has forced NATO NSPA to cancel all contracts immediately.

Uncle GIOVANBATTIASTA was arrested for fraudulent bankruptcy in association with JACOPO LANDI’S FATHER. In the present day, JACOPO LANDI and sister carry the family core business.
